The Panel generally issues a written decision within 30 days after the hearing, but a company could receive a written decision sooner. The Panel has the authority to delist a company; transfer its shares to the Capital Market; or allow continued listing.
Ganz übel, bei einer positiven Entscheidung hätte evtl. durchentschieden werden können, bei negativer Entscheidung müssen sie es begründen. Daher die 30 Tage

bin natürlich auch mit dabei und schön das du wieder da bist DinWolf
gebe mal gleich meinen Senf dazu , 5cent Kurs bei der Anhörung ,da waren die Argumente nicht allzu groß , bin immer noch sehr überrascht das die geforderten
10cent nicht geschafft worden sind .

könnten die 30Tage nicht auch als eine Art Verlängerung angesehen werden , im April müsste doch eh über die 1$ Regel entschieden werden und auch da steht dann eine Verlängerung an ?
