I was watching Kevin O Leary (some people don’t like him but I do) and he said invest into cannabis companies that are lobbying the governments, we have the ultimate lobbyists at least for the current political US landscape David Urban basically a strong Washington insider the equivalent if not greater then Acreage’s Lobbyist and director John Boehner who used to lead the republican party. The US Senate is a powerful group of people and ultimately they help shape up laws in USA. I hope by the time USA legalizes that FSD Pharma can fully buildout their facility in the long term and create shareholder value for us for those that didn’t sell and are averaging down and sticking around. IF Cannara is successful and *** a sexy facility why Can't FSD do the same especially if both management of both companies are a phone call away. Hopefully one day after quiet period however long it takes is finished then our anxiety will be relieved or at least I hope it will with solid plans forward and expedited buildout announcements. Only then will FSD be heroes and we can thank them for their hard work until then we must wait and see what happens. Some people didn’t have patience and sold or bought other stocks which is fine but for those that didn’t sell like myself hopefully one day we are rewarded.

This is not financial advice this is my own thought process and opinion I wanted to do this little write up so we can do some critical thinking... I never give buy or sell advice since I’m not a professional. I always say this disclaimer often because trolls online like to make fun of me lol so I defend myself by saying that... Also we have some police officers in this group that are investors too but I’m not going to reveal their names. Look at Cannara although they don’t have their cultivation license yet after they fully finish the buildout I believe they will apply for it and Dr Sara May would help them with that process since her track record and helping FSD achieve their medical sales license ... etc...

Right now everyone has doubt because of the past such as Auxly not finishing the build on time and making excuses they were supposed to finish the 220 expansion by December 2018 but loafted and procrastinated meanwhile their own projects were going full steam ahead. Then the TRPX deal didn’t work out, then Rupert Haynes fiasco. FSD will have shareholder redemption hopefully once the quiet period is over and they do uplist to a major US exchange and more importantly we see the path forward on how expansion will proceed. I do have faith though because look how beautiful Cannara facility looks and they are essentially our partners and FSD invested into them and their management and FSD management are like friends. Each time Hightide has a news release they mention FSD so their success is our success too, same goes for Canntab and World Class. Im writing this long segment after reflecting on a few things. Everyone wants to see whats next and I don’t know how long this quiet period will last for, some people are saying there is no quiet period and they are using that as an excuse not to communicate with us, I disagree especially after reading the NYSE Biotech story found here: [https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/nyses-commitment-biotech-john-tuttle/](https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/nyses-commitment-biotech-john-tuttle/) and how they want to help biotech companies even if we are a cannabis company FSD specifically pivoting towards biotech with its assets so in theory NYSE supports this

They only have 1 drug for migraines and managed to raise $86M We have Scican, investment into Cannara, Hightide , Prismic and their management which have proven track records from SHIRE when Takeda Pharma bought Shire for $60B Canntab if they get the international patent they would be the leaders in hard pill formulations and FSD close allies. I think the future is bright and hope management is just as optimistic as I am wherever they might be. Low SP right now so I can’t defend them too much and that’s understandable but hopefully they have the same mentality as me “go big or go home”. FSD seems to be a much more interesting company then Satsuma. If we are lucky hopefully we can raise more money than Satsuma did, and continue with expedited buildout and whatever other surprises FSD has for us hopefully that are solid.

their book runners(instructional funds that carry the company to the exchange I see the amount that was listed was for $86,250,000 I’m guessing that’s how much money they raised? So I was bored this evening and wanted to check out other companies that are going to IPO on NYSE... I came across this company called Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
