Hapag-Lloyd unterzeichnet eine Vereinbarung zur Übernahme von ZIM Integrated Shipping Services für über 4 Milliarden US-Dollar. Der Zusammenschluss soll Hapag-Lloyds Marktposition stärken und jährliche Synergien in Höhe von mehreren hundert Millionen US-Dollar generieret. Barney, jetzt hast du auch mal Glück mit ZIM. 🥳 Hapag-Lloyd wird dadurch wieder interessant. 🤔
Über 1,5 Jahresdivis Gewinn....Hoegh kann flott wieder zum Wackelkandidaten werden aufgrund Geopolitik. Position war für ein Risikopapier eigentlich eh zu hoch....Position gedrittelt, also zwei Drittel raus... und wenns wieder mal runter geht , dann fülle ich evtl wieder auf..
