Cheapo_sam dd found that there is a 10 day close out window on a defaulting counterparty in a swap. 2 year swap = 730 days + 10 days window + t(1) =741.
The first volume spike in the sneeze could be when the swap was opened and using the formula above takes us to the day of the glitch.
Crazy shit.
