Die wette wäre es schon wert. Und douyu ist günstig bewertet schanzen risiko wäre bei 70 30 für douyu. Werde morgen mal 100 stück eröfnen

Wenn du der Meinung bist, dass der Merger (zum 0.73er Verhältnis)stattfindet, dann solltest Douyo kaufen. Ich bin der Meinung dass der Merger nicht stattfindet, weshalb die Kurse sich auch so entwickelt haben. Mfg

DouYu (NASDAQ:DOYU) dropped 8.5% as investors continue to wait for details on any update of China's review of Huya's planned acquisition (NYSE:HUYA). Huya gained 3%. There was no apparent news for the move today. Last month, DouYu CEO Shaojie Chen said on the company's conference call that the deal with HUYA was on track. Chen's remarks came after reports previously that the deal could be scuttled due to antitrust concerns. China's antitrust regulator has been bus this year, specifically targeting the Internet sector. Last week, Reuters reported that China is said to have started an antitrust investigation into ride-hailing company Didi Chuxing. Mhh. Die Kursentwicklung von Huya und Douyu spricht aber eindeutig gegen einen erfolgreichen Merger. ( Anstatt sich dem 0.73 er Verhältnis anzunähern, wird der Unterschied noch größer) Bin der Meinung dass der Merger nicht durch geht und da News kommen demnächst. ( Volumen von doyou ist ja gigantisch heute, HuyA zieht auch gut an)
