Man muss sich auch sachlich mit den kritischen Dingen auseinandersetzen, nur weil DCRB ein vermutlich gutes Ziel hat muss man sich dann DCRN auch im Detail anschauen.

Anleger sollten jedoch auf eines achten. Riverstone Holdings hat möglicherweise eine schlechte SPAC-Erfolgsbilanz. Alta Mesa Resources meldete im September 2019 Insolvenz an. Die CDEV-Aktie, ein weiteres kombiniertes Angebot, ist gegenüber dem Angebotspreis von 10 USD um 70% gesunken. Vielleicht ist dies der SPAC, der für Riverstone funktioniert.
