The consideration amounts to €2.5 million with a possible additional remuneration of €3 million under certain conditions. The acquisition is financed by the La Française de l'Energie's available cash.
In 2021, SAS Cryo Pur achieved revenues of €4.9 million. La Française de l'Energie S.A. (ENXTPA:FDE) completed the acquisition of a 94% stake in SAS Cryo Pur on April 19, 2022.
