Habe ebenfalls mal den Herrn Ostrom zu der aktuellen Situation angeschrieben und es kam folgendes zurück; Was haltet Ihr davon? LottoGopher has a lot going on in particular with Shatner on board now. There are free trading $0.25 shares coming out Monday 18th, hence the stock getting beaten down this week. But, we have a lot of marketing planned for the website, with a solid campaign going for Fall to get the word out. I cannot share through our planning docs as they might include pending news events that are not yet announced, so unfortunately I can't selectively disclose those. We recently announced that we have hired someone to begin the initial steps to launching in more states, so this is really the key part of the story over the near term. When we begin to have solid news on this front, the scalability and long term potential really opens up for us. We keep in touch with our strategic investor, Lottoland, and we have a number of other interesting things on the go. Moin Leute, auf eine hoffentlich grüne Woche und positiven News. Ich vermute mal der nächste US-Staat ist Texas, hatte der CEO in einem Interview anklingen lassen.

Ich lege mich mal aus dem Fenster und behaupte nein, aber ist nur meine Meinung.

Was meint ihr geht sie noch auf 0.10€ runter?

Der Kursfall der letzten Tage lässt sich auch erklären. Es wurden mehrere Millionen Warrant Stock Options ausgeübt, welche aus dem Merger mit Galaxy Group LA hervorgingen. Ich vermute es waren die 0,02 $ Options die ausgeübt wurden und die mehrere Millionen Aktien auf den Markt spülten. Die meisten wurden gut auf dem Markt verteilt u.a. RBC, Scotia etc. haben ihr Körbchen aufgehalten. Wir sollten jetzt aus dem Gröbsten raus sein. Der Nachteil wir haben jetzt eine kleine Verwässerung durch die zusätzlichen Aktien, aber wenn alles läuft, kräht da kein Hahn mehr nach. Die nächsten prominenten Warrants sind die von Shatner 450000 Options zu einem Preis von 0,39$ innerhalb der nächsten 3 Jahre sowie vom Sharktank Harrington 600000 zu einem Preis von 0,61$. Das macht aber für beide erst Sinn, wenn der Kurs dauerhaft über deren Optionwert steht und dafür werden alle beide sowie auch alle in der Firma mit Optionen bedachten Mitarbeiter (inkl. Management) ihr bestes geben. Shatner hat mit seinen Pricelineoptionen Millionen gemacht.

Werd hier auf 12k aufstocken und liegen lassen. Das wird vor allem laufen wenn mehr Bundesstaaten dazukommen...potenzial ist riesig
