MPT kann es doch egal sein, wer die Miete zahlt. Ich fände es sogar gut, wenn sie den Betrieb der 8 KH übertragen. Der neue Operator wird (hoffentlich?) die Miete ordentlich zahlen, und man ist weniger von Steward abhängig, die aktuell ja über 20% des Umsatzes ausmachen!
Eine vom Staat angeordnete Übertragung der Krankenhäuser klingt für mich nach Systemrelevanz. Das ist für Steward zwar blöd, aber für MPW sind das gute Nachrichten. Das zeigt doch Unterstützung durch die Regierung für die Krankenhäuser auf. Somit werden die sich ebenfalls bemühen, diese schnell neu zu besetzen.
