Cash and Balance Sheet Update Combined with the ~$9m leftover from the international offering, this ~$5.4m raise could allow Metaplanet to buy approximately 118 more BTC. These little things management has done to execute on behalf of shareholders will add up to huge value over time, and I fully believe in the company’s ability to drastically outperform BTC from here🚀

555 Plan Status Report This additional exercise is just 1.3 million shares, but it represents another step towards completion of Series 20 (now ~85% used, with 28.44m shares left). Once those are depleted, all remaining exercises will be at a 1-2% premium, easing sell pressure.

Das vierte Quartal markiert eine entscheidende Phase für Metaplanet, während wir unsere Vision weiterhin umsetzen. Aus diesem Grund berufen wir eine außerordentliche Hauptversammlung der Aktionäre für den 22. Dezember 2025 ein. Der Stichtag für die Stimmberechtigung ist der 24. Oktober 2025. Raum zum Arbeiten, heißt: finanzielle Flexibilität, um Metaplanets Strategie fortzusetzen – also mehr BTC akkumulieren, Kapital effizient strukturieren und Wert für Aktionäre schaffen, auch wenn der Kurs oder mNAV kurzfristig sinkt. Hoffentlich 🙏

Das Statement deutet darauf hin, dass keine unmittelbaren internen Probleme bestehen – eher Kommunikations- und Erwartungsmanagement. Die Formulierung „wir handeln so schnell und transparent wie möglich“ deutet an, dass weitere IR- oder EDINET-Meldungen vorbereitet werden könnten (z. B. Q3-Updates, SAR-Zahlen, neue Bond- oder BTC-Transaktionen). So deute ich das zumindest!?!?! Es klingt auch danach, dass sie bewusst eine Ruhephase vor der nächsten operativen Maßnahme einleiten. Hoffentlich zündet die 👌 Simon setzt mir keine Grenzen (wichtiger Hinweis): Er will zeigen, dass das Management unabhängig agiert und nicht durch EVO dominiert wird. Persönlich sehe ich das als den entscheidender Satz in der aktuellen Marktlage. So meine Interpretation
