One interesting takeaway from Bloomberg's interview with $NVO General Counsel John Kuckelman is that Novo says filing the lawsuit was a last resort. According to John Kuckelman, Novo first contacted $LLY months ago in an attempt to resolve the issue privately after the approval of Wegovy 7.2 mg. "We didn't even get the courtesy of a response," he said. He also emphasized that Novo is "not a law firm" and would rather spend its time developing medicines than filing lawsuits. However, he argued that the company felt it had "no choice" because Lilly continued running advertisements that Novo believes mislead patients about the relative efficacy of the two companies' obesity medicines. John Kuckelman also suggested this is not an isolated incident. He claimed Lilly has used similar advertising comparisons involving Mounjaro versus Ozempic and even compared its Foundayo with Rybelsus before approval, calling it "a pattern" that ultimately compelled Novo to take legal action.

Sieht doch gut aus bisher, der tag ist zwar noch lang aber bisher ging meine These, dass die amis uns hoch kaufen, um 12 uhr auf 👍

Warten wir erstmal die Zahlen der nächsten Wochen ab. Hier brauchen wir unbedingt eine Bestätigung,je höher diese ausfällt je bestärken könnte novo darin sein die prognose anzupassen, das hängt zu einem Großteil an medicare wo novo sehr sehr konservativ war.
