Also… nochmal manche verwechseln das immer noch… evtl weil sie nicht richtig lesen oder weil sie die regulatorische Bedeutung nicht verstehen. Ich spreche von einem „sofortigen“ Delisting gemäß Nasdaq Rule 5550(a)(2) bei Kursen unter 0,10 für 10 aufeinanderfolgende Handelstage. Das nennt sich „Public Interest Concern“ und das steht auch so im offiziellen NuCana-Filing (424B5). „…if the bid price of our ADSs remains below $0.10 for ten consecutive trading days, Nasdaq may delist our ADSs immediately due to public interest concerns.” Warum unterstellt man mir dass es falsch ist was durch Quellen belegbar ist… Du hingegen unterstellst mir nur dass ich lüge ohne Quellen
