Second Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights and Cash Position
As of June 30, 2025, NuCana had cash and cash equivalents of £8.4 million compared to £4.0 million as of March 31, 2025 and £6.7 million at December 31, 2024. Subsequent to June 30, 2025, NuCana has raised, through the ATM offering, an additional £19.0 million in gross proceeds before expenses and commission.
On July 21, 2025, having raised the full amount of capital required, NuCana announced it had successfully canceled all remaining Series A Warrants issued in the May 2025 financing, in exchange for payments of $3.6 million. This initiative fully eliminated all overhanging rights from the May 2025 financing.

Ich finde die Anstrengungen und die langsamen Fortschritte top und denke dass sie langfristig wenn alles gut läuft Erfolg haben werden. Hoffe ich! Für alle Erkrankten!
Aber die Aktie ist fraglich.. Ich denke nicht dass sie es aus eigener Kraft schaffen. Sie brauchen einen der dick einsteigt…wie der Investor dann mitbestimmen will ist auch die Frage… Werden die Aktionäre raus gekauft und das Unternehmen aus der Börse genommen oder bleiben sie börsennotiert? Das wird sich alles zeigen…unter 1 Dollar dürfen die nicht mehr kommen da sie keine Frist mehr bekommen werden und direkt aus dem Handel gezogen werden oder noch ein RS machen… gab es beides schon zu genüge… die Zahlen heute waren nicht besonders fundamental.. und die Neuigkeiten bezüglich den zusätzlichen Patienten scheint auch nicht zu ziehen… mal sehen… ich sehe d a weiterhin die shorter ihre Hände zu reiben…

Gerne. Die britische PLC und ihre Ordinary Shares sind nicht an der Londoner LSE notiert. Auch an deutschen Börsen nicht. Handelbar wird die Aktie lediglich über die US ADRs und deren Notierungen. Der Titel im alten Nucana-Thread war somit eigentlich irreführend bzw. falsch, da er sich auf die registered shares bezog. Zudem sollte man sich hinsichtlich der Finanzierung der Nucana PLC nicht nur die ADRs anschauen, sondern unbedingt auch die Änderungen bei den Ordinaries und Deferred. Companies House Gov.uk ist hier eine erste Quelle für alle Interessierten. In den US Foren haben die meisten gar keinen Schimmer von den in GB allotteten Shares und ziehen daher falsche Schlüsse.

Interessante Sichtweise …Aber Fakt ist..Nucana verbrennt pro Halbjahr über 20 Mio. Pfund …also grob 40 bis 50 Mio. USD pro Jahr. Die aktuell vorhandenen ca. 30 Mio. Dollar reichen also nur für rund 12 Monate. Damit steht schon jetzt fest…es wird erneut Verwässerung geben, sofern nicht bald positive Studiendaten kommen…. Dazu kommt…ohne Umsätze, ohne Partner und mit hohem Risiko des Studienverlaufs bleibt es reine Spekulation….Der Markt preist diese Unsicherheit ein …und genau deshalb liegt die Bewertung so niedrig…. Das Argument “Cash…Market Cap” ist eine Milchmädchenrechnung….Entscheidend ist…wie schnell das Geld verbraucht wird und ob danach Investoren überhaupt noch bereit sind, neues Kapital bereitzustellen….
Mich würde deine Sichtweise zu der Aktie und den neuen Studien interessieren. Was meinst du Top oder Flop ?
