Aus meiner Sicht Aktien mit Potential. GSG haftet momentan noch etwas der Krisenstatus an, was die Aktie charttechnisch günstig macht! Die Sanierungsmaßnahmen greifen jedoch und das Geschäftsfeld ist vielversprechend (hohe Vermietungsquote, neue Immobilieninvestitionen). Zudem sind aus meiner Sicht die Erlöse aus dem Verkauf des Grundstücks Leipzigerplatz nicht ausreichend eingepreist. Denke, dass hier noch Luft nach oben ist, oder?
