8/ High growth of the unbranded business aggravated the problem.
Branded business grew mid-single digits lately while unbranded business grew around 35% annually in the last 2 years.
This resulted in way slower revenue growth rate than the transaction volume growth.

Previous management thought doubling down on unbranded was a strategic imperative.
