Highlights Record Revenue: Blackbird is pleased to report a record $6.4 million ($49.81/boe) of petroleum and natural gas sales for the three months ended April 30, 2018. These results were achieved with the Company producing for approximately 70% of the quarter due to third-party natural gas processing shut-downs.Corporate Production: During the three months ended April 30, 2018, the Company achieved corporate production of 2,081 boe/d (56% liquids) for the 62 days it was on production. Total production averaged 1,447 boe/d on a calendar day basis for the three months, with volumes being impacted by approximately 27 days of unscheduled third-party downtime.Operating and Corporate Netback:Blackbird's operating and corporate netback was $27.28/boe and $18.80/boe, respectively, for the third quarter of 2018, which Management believes compares favorably with industry leaders in the basin.Adjusted Funds Flow: The Company generated $2.4 million of adjusted funds flow during the three months ended April 30, 2018.Balance Sheet Strength Maintained:Blackbird remains well capitalized, and between its credit facility capacity (which was expanded during the quarter from $1.0 million to $20.0 million) and working capital surplus the Company had approximately $24.6 million of available funding at April 30, 2018.

@Wurmm: Ich glaube nicht das Blackbird unter Wert verkauft wird... der CEO ist kompetent, die Zahlen sehen gut aus und die Aktie ist nicht überbewertet, sondern (rein von der Reserve im Boden) unter Wert. Meiner Meinung sollte es sich daher mittelfristig nach oben anpassen. Ein Übernahmeangebot wird dementsprechend nicht ZU billig ausfallen... wenn eines kommt.

Ist bei einer Übernahme mit einem Sprung Richtung Norden zu rechnen? Die letzte Übernahme hat mich richtig Geld gekostet
