(CSE: PLAS) (FSE: XV2) ("PlasCred" or the "Company"), a transformative leader in the advanced plastic waste recycling sector, is pleased to announce that it has extended the closing of its previously announced strategic non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") to July 14, 2025. This extension follows the amended terms disclosed in the Company's press release dated April 28, 2025. The proceeds from the Offering will be used to advance construction of the Company's Neos facility, fund detailed engineering and R&D initiatives to optimize process efficiency, secure deposits on long-lead equipment, expand marketing efforts, and support general corporate and working capital requirements. Non-Brokered Private Placement The amended Offering will consist of up to 20,000,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.05 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.07 per share for a period of 36 months following the closing date of the Private Placement. All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a statutory four-month-plus-one- day hold period. The completion of the Private Placement is subject to the receipt of all required regulatory approvals, including approval from the CSE. The Company reserves the right to increase or decrease the size of the Private Placement. The Common Shares will be offered to qualified purchasers in reliance upon exemptions from prospectus and registration requirements of applicable securities
