Based on the preliminary tabulation of votes received as of the reconvened meeting date, approximately 39.63% and 49.40% of the outstanding shares of the Company's common stock voted in favor of Proposal 1 and Proposal 2, respectively. As the Company did not receive sufficient votes to approve Proposal 1 or Proposal 2, the Company further adjourned the Special Meeting to permit additional time to solicit proxies.

CEO Andy M. wollte etwas für das Klimawandel schaffen mit Plug power , mit seine Rede hat er viele kleine Anleger es glaubhaft gemacht . Bis er Fehler machte und in die Fänge von Institutionelle Fond Gesellschaften und Banken . viel . Jetzt sind mittlerweile alle Führung Mitglieder nur noch Marionetten von die Betrüger . Sie entscheiden über den Aktien Kurs von PP , aber nur so lange Kleine Anleger Investiert bleiben . Ab dann ist der Höfen aus . jetzt ist der Moment auch mit Verluste das sinkende Schiff zu verlassen , später ist alles weg .
