Subscription revenue between $209 and $211 million. Non-GAAP operating margin between 0% and 1%. Non-GAAP net loss per share between $(0.03) and $(0.01) assuming 515 million weighted shares outstanding. Qualtrics is updating its guidance for its full year ending December 31, 2021 as follows: Total revenue between $1,007 and $1,011 million. Subscription revenue between $813 and $817 million. Non-GAAP operating margin between 0% and 1%. Non-GAAP net loss per share between $(0.02) and $0.00 assuming 510 million weighted shares outstanding.

For the second quarter, GAAP operating margin was (110)% and non-GAAP operating margin was 5%. Net Income (Loss) and Net Income (Loss) Per Share: Second quarter net loss was $(263.5) million, or $(0.51) per share, compared to $(127.5) million, or $(0.30) per share in the second quarter of fiscal year 2020. Non-GAAP net income (see discussion of the non-GAAP net income (loss) measure below) for the second quarter was $22.3 million, or $0.04 per share, compared to non-GAAP net loss of $(5.6) million, or $(0.01) per share in the second quarter of fiscal year 2020.
