Ist bei euch irgendwas passiert? Bei mir stehen die Rritual Aktien eingefroren im Portfolio, von Aretto Wellness Inc nicht zu sehen. Sollte das nicht heute passieren?

Wir sind nach dem RS bei lächerlichen 0,11 Cent, träumt also weiter, ich kann das nicht mehr😔✌️

Hoffentlich zuckt sie noch mal mindestens auf 5 €...

Die Bruchbude war eh schon gefühlt tot, vielleicht zuckt sie ja jetzt nochmal

Ich sehs schon kommen, Reverse Split 1:20 und die neue Aktie kann dann wieder schön fallen 🙄

Vorteile: Der Aktienkurs wirkt höher, die Aktie teurer und das Unternehmen wertvoller. Im Zuge einer Unternehmenssanierung kann mit der Aktienzusammenlegung schneller eine Kapitalherabsetzung erzielt werden. Die Aktiengesellschaft kann ihre Wertpapiere leichter in Umlauf bringen. Nachteile: Für eine Erhöhung des Aktienkapitals muss die AG neue Aktien emittieren Die Aktienzusammenführung ist nur zulässig, wenn die Hauptversammlung zustimmt

Mr. Nathan Nowak reports RRITUAL SUPERFOODS ANNOUNCES SHARE CONSOLIDATION AND NAME CHANGE Rritual Superfoods Inc. will be consolidating its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for every 20 preconsolidation common shares. The company's board of directors has set Friday, Nov. 25, 2022, as the effective date of the consolidation and trading of the common shares on a postconsolidation basis on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The record date will be set at Monday, Nov. 28, 2022. In connection with the consolidation, the company's name will be changed to Aretto Wellness Inc. and the symbol under which the common shares trade will change to ARTO. Through the consolidation, the 110,657,240 common shares currently issued and outstanding will be reduced to approximately 5,532,862 common shares. No fractional shares will be issued and any fractions of a share will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of common shares. The exercise or conversion price and the number of common shares issuable under any of the company's outstanding convertible securities will be proportionately adjusted upon consolidation. Upon the consolidation and the name change, the Cusip number and ISIN of the common shares will be changed to 03990C 10 9 and CA 03990C 10 9 5, respectively, and the Cusip number and ISIN of the company's warrants will be changed to 03990C 11 7 and CA 03990C 11 7 8, respectively
