Fasadgruppen to carry out façade works in multi- family residentials for Lindbäcks Bygg AB Fasadgruppen’s subsidiary Valbo Fasad has signed an agreement with construction company Lindbäcks Bygg AB regarding a new construction project for multi-family residentials in the Häggvik area in Sollentuna outside Stockholm, which will be built for ALM Småa Bostad. There is a high demand for space efficient and climate smart apartments in commuter locations, and southern Häggvik in Sollentuna is transforming from a slow commercial area to a new dynamic residential district. Valbo Fasad’s assignment includes masonry and plastering. Fasadgruppen’s scaffolding subsidiairy rapid hyrställningar is also involved in the project. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 14.5 million. Andreas Bendrik, Business Area Manager North and CEO of Valbo Fasad said: “We have a good relationship with Lindbäcks Bygg from previous assignments and are looking forward to support them with masonry and plastering works in this project. That we can cooperate with one of our sister companies makes it extra exciting.”
