Seht mal bei www.finanzen100.net die Betrugsinfos zur Firma «Theranos» an. Ich hoffe, dass ChromedX nicht ein Zwilling davon ist.

Ich habe im online Chat der Frankfurter Börse nachgefragt warum das listing gelöscht wurde. Leider konnte mir der Herr gegenüber keine Antwort geben. Er verwies auf die Heimatbörse. Hat dort schon jemand nachgefragt?? Mein Englisch ist leider nicht so der Brüller.. ;)

Dear Sir or Madam, As you already know, your shares in Germany were suspended from trading. Unfortunately, it is not possible to know the reasons for the suspension here. Thank you for your email. ChroMedX is aware of the halt in Frankfurt but we have had no definitive answer as to what is the reason or who has initiated the halt. The Company’s council in Frankfurt is currently reaching out to the exchange, market maker, and regulatory bodies etc. to find out why this was done. Our council is working actively to clarify this issue and get the Company back trading. Thank you, Clark

Habe vorhin bei meiner Bank angerufen. ChromedX wird nicht mehr gehandelt, auch in Canada nicht mehr. Warum das der Fall ist, wusste man dort nicht. Aber: im Moment sind den Aktionären (zu denen ich auch gehöre) die Hände gebunden und sie können weder verkaufen noch kaufen. Wie lange die Aktie nicht gehandelt wird, ist nicht bekannt. Auch ist nicht bekannt, ob und wann die Aktie wieder gehandelt werden kann.

Warum wird die Aktie nicht gehandelt ?

Eine Frage als Frischling - ich lese es so, dass die Aktie auf Xetra nicht mehr handelbar ist. Wieso, und was bedeutet das für die Aktie? Zusammenhang Bafin??? Möchte nicht dumm bleiben, danke für Infos.
