Bei der FDA unter https://www.fda.gov/aboutfda/workingatfda/ethics/ucm079670.htm findest du ChroMedX bereits als Significantly Regulated Organization. Das heisst ihr Geschäft hat oder wird prüfungspflichtig durch die FDA sein... was wir ja auch schon wussten. Im schlechtesten Fall müssen wir bis März (16 Wochen nach Beauftragung der Ants Kahu & Associates am 13.11.17) warten, bis geprüft wurde, ob die internen Prozesse zur Qualitätssicherung https://www.johner-institut.de/blog/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/21-CFR-part-820-QSR.png auch dokumentiert sind.

3 Monate Sperre bei die ing diba, danach kannst du wieder kaufen

@Joe Ist bei der Ing Diba immernoch gesperrt egal auf welchen Handelsplatz, d.h. meine Frage. Oder war schon jmd erfolgreich bei der IndDiba seit der Bafin Warnung.

Schau mal hier auf Posts vom 14.12. - sind alle wieder aktiv bis auf München - geht aber heute vielleicht auch schon wieder. War damals gesperrt wegen einer Warnung der Bafin nach unseriöser Werbung durch Pusher.

@Joe bei manchen Brokern gibt es sogar eine 3 Monats sperre. Habe damit keine Erfahrung sondern in einem anderen Forum gelesen.

Deko: ??? Wo kauft man Aktien? Vielleicht über die Depotbank an der Börse? Oder sind die inzwischen ausverkauft?

Die letzten Wochen hatten wir doch tolle Bewegungen. Jetzt lassen wir chromedx wieder weiter arbeiten und freuen uns auf weitere Neuigkeiten. Sobald der Antrag auf Zulassung gestellt wird, sehen wir 1 Euro. Aber genießen wir doch jetzt die Feiertage. ;) ich freue mich auf das nächste Jahr

Ich befürchte, so lange die diversen Banken noch nicht mitspielen und den uneingeschränkten Handel wieder zulassen, wird nicht viel Bewegung rein kommen. Geduld ist einfach angesagt.
