Wie siehst du denn die Gesamtwirtschaftliche Lage für nächstes Jahr? Habe mich neulich abends mit einem Senior Fondsmanager unterhalten, und der war der Aufassung, wie auch vieler seiner Kollegen, das 2021 ein sehr schlechtes Börsenjahr werden wird. Mit einem starken Abverkauf der Indices würde SESEN leider wahrscheinlich auch sehr stark nachgeben bis zum PDUFA runup.

Mir gefällt der kontinuierliche Fortschritt,step by step jetzt muss nur die Bla eingereicht und akzeptiert werden dann könnten wir schnell über 2$ gehen hoffe ich. Mit dem 2. Deal ist auch das Vertrauen in weitere Deals gewachsen.

aber denke die wird nächste Woche geknackt und dann nehmen wir uns die 1.54$ wieder vor.

Analytical Comparability As of December 2, 2020, Sesen Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) has received and analyzed all of the analytical comparability test results from the commercial-scale drug substance and drug product process performance qualification (“PPQ”) batches of Vicineum™, the Company’s lead product candidate. As previously disclosed, the Company has partnered with FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. and Baxter Oncology GmbH for the manufacturing process and technology transfer of Vicineum. For analytical comparability, the Company conducted testing across four categories: release testing, biophysical characterization, forced degradation studies, and stability studies. This approach is in alignment with requirements of the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”), the European Medicines Agency and the International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use. The test results for product intended for commercial use were found to be highly comparable to the Company’s clinical supply of Vicineum. Based on these results, the Company is optimistic that the FDA will determine that the commercial supply of Vicineum is comparable to the clinical supply of Vicineum, and that no additional clinical trials are warranted. The comparability data from the PPQ campaigns for drug substance and drug product are the final material components of the Company’s Biologics License Application (“BLA”) for Vicineum, which the Company expects to submit to the FDA later this month. PPQ Campaign Release Testing On November 23, 2020, the Company completed the assessment of the release testing results of the final of three drug product PPQ batches of Vicineum and all quality acceptance criteria were met. The satisfaction of the quality acceptance criteria supports the Company’s ability to release Vicineum for supply, sale or export.

Danke für‘s posten Büffel und dir danke für deine Einschätzung Gottsbrain. Schade das beim Deal keine Angaben über die Royalities gemacht wurden aber schätze, dass aus strategischer Sicht keine Aussagen darüber getroffen wurden. Dadurch haben wir bei kommenden Deals eine bessere Verhandlungsbasis. 💪🏼

@ shruikan,ich denke der Zeitrahmen ist realistisch ich weiß aber auch nicht wann fast track beantragt werden muss und ob es möglich ist das sehr kurzfristig zu machen. Wäre jetzt erstmal bei deinem genannten Szenario +- paar Wochen vllt.

@Gottsbrain; Wann rechnest du den mit dem FDA Entscheid? Üblich sind ja 6 Monate nach BLA acceptance. Bla wird im dec submitted, 2 Monate review Zeit und dann 6 Monate von Februar aus müsste der August sein.

Nächster Widerstand 1.37$.
