Hi Micha,   It’s ok – I know that the anger is not directed at me. The private placement is much needed to bridge the company to the point where we have AbbVie selling product, so I understand that it is frustrating, but please do see that Howard has invested his own money in this company – and this is not the first time – in order to keep the doors open until we can be profitable.   ½ a million dollars is a lot of money. It shows his trust in the technology and what is to come.   Best Michelle
