E:RE:Happy sunday. Engcan77 - how many times have I ever said the sky is falling. The answer is NEVER. There are a number of people on this board who are 100% guilty of that however. In fact, if you want to talk facts, in light of the aforementioned BS behaviour on this board, the company signed an agreement with one of the largest capitalized Biotech on the planet just months ago. According to the CEO, the terms are quite advantageous for Sirona and its shareholders. I don't know about you or many here, but this historical fact is objectively "impressive". So what people are really upset about here is the fact that they can't realize their investment because the share price is in the dumper. Why? It appears that there was a sell off in light of a global economic panic and everyone is now questioning the value of the agreement and deferring to historical thinking on the ability of the CEO to "tell the truth". Well, if this all turns out to be wrong and the deal does suck, well nobody here seems to know but they think they know, mostly using their own personal experience as their only measure. But if its a lot better than 18 cents a share, then you have all fooled yourselves into thinking the worse together, when in fact it wasn't. Don't be a beaten dog and take responsibility for your investments people. Buy, sell, who gives a heck.

Sie haben doch gesagt der Deal sorgt dafür daß die laufenden Kosten gedeckt sind und sich für die Zukunft und weitere Projekte alles ändert. Da können sie doch dann nicht plötzlich ne ke raushauen

Wir wissen, dass es einen AbbVie Deal gibt und eine dazugehörige Vorauszahlung gibt. Die genaue Höhe der Vorauszahlung gibt's diese Woche.

Der ehemals formulierte Punkt fällt zusammen mit dem Punkt "Completed an exclusive, global license with AbbVie for TFC-1067" Das war ursprünglich eine "anticipated collaboration".

Wenn mich mein schlechtes Englisch nicht täuscht, heißt das: durch Zuschüsse…. Woher die dann kommen 🧐?

Und interessant: der ehemals formulierte Punkt (siehe mein Kommentar oben) steht nicht unter den milestones achieved in the last 24 months…. Aus meiner Sicht ist der Punkt nicht vom Tisch. Nur plant man jetzt andere Mittel. Oder?

„Secure non-dilutive funding through grants“ DAS dieser Punkt noch immer in der abzuarbeitenden Liste ist, ist unglaublich. Der sollte damals (in grauer Vorzeit) schon in der 12 Monatsliste vom Tisch sein. Alleine an diesem Punkt kann man HV messen. Es hat sich ins scheinbar unendliche verzögert. Wenn das jetzt noch schief gehen sollte, ist das nicht tragbar. Deshalb glaube ich daran, dass die Finanzierung gesichert ist. Und deshalb bin ich u.a. long.
