so ein mist, hab erst f. 0,064 welche gekriegt. wird schon werden.

Now just a quick reminder from my research notes regarding 3 diamonds that are set to launch in April, as of today currently we have agreements signed with 2 companies: - Sat Space Africa, in which we will provide a portion of bandwidths from our sats to them, they have also agreed to purchase ALL available bandwidth if possible. This portion of bandwidth will generate approx. US $500k per year in revenue for SAS. Please refer to ann: SSA.png - BeepTool, letter of intent signed again for a portion of bandwidth from 3 diamonds, this marks SAS's first entry into the Africa's mobile banking and finance service sector. BeepTool currently has over 800k customers and still growing. Terms are still being negotiated hence no revenue forecast yet. Zach: I went and double-checked in case I was crazy. Here's a word for word quote from 16:45 in the video: We're building a constellation of 200+ nanosatellites, we're launching them, we'll operate them, we'll handle the company, we'll do the marketing, we'll handle the sales - all of that for a few years and we will replace 25% of the satellites, all of that, for within $150m ... just so you get the idea of what new space is all about.

Hc post zacch I thought the talk was quite good. A couple of takeaways.. Firstly, the PSLV our 3 diamonds are expected to go up on is scheduled for "April, hopefully". Secondly, he mentions BeepTool (see announcement from 12/01/2017: http://www.asx.com.au/asx/statistics/displayAnnouncement.do?display=pdf&idsId=01819375) as 1m customers (the announcement says 800,000 but let's ignore that) which will generate $150m. He also says the cost of getting the 200 satellites into operational orbit will be $150m. That's $37.5m per launch of 50 satellites. Hopefully they start generating revenue quickly. With that in mind, perhaps they'll get some up-front payments and consider debt? I'm not afraid of a CR but less dilution is always better. Unless I understood wrong, he said that $150m is from 1 satellite's bandwidth. Not sure how much Sat-space Africa is going to buy up in the end (I remember reading that they wanted more but we refused at this stage to share with other companies which is a very good move) but that means there is room for more contracts to sign between now and launch.
