Three independent investment groups are at late stage due diligence on the company, its operations and strategy and future revenues form satellite communication contracts. Completion of the audits is subject to completing a substantial private equity raise of between US$15m and US$25m and also the audit opinion from two accounting firms must be consistent with each other.
