During fiscal year ended March 31, 2019 and through June 20, 2019, we achieved several milestones;
·Total revenues increased by 14% from $16.7 million in fiscal year 2018 to $19.0 million in fiscal year 2019; ·Launched Epicyn TM , a prescription topical cleanser which helps achieve clear skin and provide relief from irritation when used as part of a daily skin care regimen for patients with acute and chronic dermal lesions; ·Right sized work force to fit current company needs; and ·Sold certain animal health product rights and assets for the Asian and European markets to Petagon, Limited for $2.7 million.
