Supermicro and its sister company, Ablecom, were both family affairs: when Super Micro Computer Inc was established in San Jose, Charles Liang was president and chief executive officer of the company and his wife, Chiu-Chu Liu, who goes by Sara, was the treasurer. 1. Ist die Info nicht neu, sondern der Punkt fand sich schon in dem gestrigen Bericht. Aber natürlich kann man das jetzt auch nochmal einzeln posten. Manche scheinen mit zuviel Text ja etwas überfordert zu sein. 2. Das Eine muss das Andere nicht ausschließen. M.W. hat SMCI an keiner Stelle behauptet, ausschließlich eigene Kühltechnologie zu verwenden. 3. Kann SMCI weitgehende Nutzungsrechte an der Technologie von Ablecom gekauft haben. Da gibt es so viele Möglichkeiten, wie alles ganz normal und ganz legal zugegangen sein kann...

Oh da wurde jetzt ein ganz großer Skandal aufgedeckt! Und neu ist das auch noch. Da sind Familenmitglieder in führenden Positionen verschiedener Unternehmen, die dann auch noch zusammenarbeiten. SKANDAL! Wo natürlich keiner was gegen sagt ist, wenn ein Familienmitglied die Führung verschiedener Unternehmen selbst übernimmt. Siehe Elon "THC-Vision" Musk.

Wenn man ehrlich ist, muss man konstatieren, dass mit dem SMCI-Schein schon seit Monaten gezockt wird. Ich nehme mich da nicht aus. Aber natürlich hat sich die Situation jetzt noch mal verschärft.
