Timely filing of Form NT results in a one-time grace period (or extension of time) of 5 days for 10-Qs and 15 days for 10-Ks." - 15 tage
Was hast Du eigentlich immer damit, dass der Bericht morgen kommen müsse? Hat doch niemand behauptet. Und ob der nun morgen oder in einem Monat kommt, spielt nun auch kaum noch eine Rolle. Viel wichtiger: Gibt es relevante Korrekturen? Stimmen die Vorwürfe von Hindenburg oder nicht? So, morgen ist Freitag der 13. Besser der Bericht kommt morgen nicht. Schönen Abend.
