We calculate an approx cash burn of $1.7m PCM The only assets $TNXP has is cash and Sept 2019 cash & cash equiv was $10m Approx $8m will have been spent between Sept 19 and March 2020. Leaving just $2m The spike and placing came just at the right time and $TNXP now sitting on $25m cash and no debt. This equates to approx 15months of research. With Tonix being very close to government many departments from biodefence to the approved list of Bio Techs working on CV, there will be additional funding arriving shortly. We would suggest Tonix is sitting pretty with at least 2 years of funding in place and a collaboration with one of the highest regarded bio research labs in the US. I wouldn’t sell a share under $5 for the next 3 months unless I was desperate for the money. News flow will drive TNXP to more realistic levels.
