During the period January 1, 2023 to March 6, 2023 an approximate 270 thousand shares of Preferred Series E Stock were converted into approximately 111 million shares of common stock. During the same period, holders of warrants exercised approximately 27.1 million warrants resulting in the issuance of an additional 106.0 million shares of common stock being issued. Approximately 6.2 million warrants remain unexercised. Es wurde verwässert. Nochmal! Es wurde nicht verwässert!!!! Trka kann im Falle einer Insolvenz in den nächsten fünf Jahren diese 330 mio Shares auf den Markt werfen!!! Keine falsch Informationen hier verbreiten!!!!

Der CEO hat doch gestern angeblich auch eine Email geschrieben das es nur im Insolvenzfall zum tragen kommt. Gibt es darüber eine Quelle, Info?

Es kann noch bis 0.25€ fallen aber kann sich erholen bis 0.45€ , wenn Höhe geht ist wieder sowas zu erwarten

https://ibb.co/stqg9qc ich habe hier gekennzeichnet wie hätte der Kurs normalerweis steigen sollen, haber es wurde gewollt nach oben geführt um mehreren Käufer zu generieren, es gab mehreren Opfer leider🤦

Ja klar, man macht sich die Welt wie man sie gerne hätte. Der Satz hat nur leider gar nichts mit der aktuellen Anzahl Shares zu tun die darunter steht denn die ist aktuell. 344,306,906 shares

Nicht verkaufen 😂🤭 Die ausgegebenen Aktien haben wir alleine gegessen ... das macht jeden Tag ein hohes Volumen. Denken Sie daran, dass sie keine Aktien und hohe Short-Aktien hatten. Sie brauchen noch Aktien.
