Im Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 6. März 2023 wurden etwa 270.000 Vorzugsaktien der Serie E in etwa 111 Millionen Stammaktien umgewandelt. Im selben Zeitraum übten Optionsscheininhaber etwa 27,1 Millionen Optionsscheine aus, was zur Ausgabe von weiteren 106,0 Millionen Stammaktien führte. Etwa 6,2 Millionen Optionsscheine sind noch nicht ausgeübt.

During the same period, holders of warrants exercised approximately 27.1 million warrants resulting in the issuance of an additional 106.0 million shares of common stock being issued. Der CEO hat doch gestern angeblich auch eine Email geschrieben das es nur im Insolvenzfall zum tragen kommt. Gibt es darüber eine Quelle, Info?
