Momentan sind es ca. 40 000 die sich der Klage angeschlossen haben. Das sind nach meiner Berechnung 0,4 % der Berechtigten wenn die Klage durch geht. Das ist noch nicht sehr viel. Gibt es jedoch dadurch eine Verurteilung das alle Kunden entschädigt werden müssen könnte es teuer werden.
Auf dem wichtigsten Markt Deutschland läuft das Geschäft weiterhin schleppend, und nun kommt auch noch juristischer Ärger im XXL-Format hinzu. Zehntausende wollen klagen.
