Habe heute Umtausch angebot erhalten. 0,95 nok / Aktie. Das ist für einen lang Investierten ein Schlag ins Gesicht. Ich beabsichtige nicht, das "Angebot" anzunehmen. Gibt's ähnliche oder andere Meinungen? Die Midas Industri AS benötigt 90 % aller Anteile. Ich hoffe sie erreichen das nicht (auf Anhieb..?)

Also das übliche üble Spiel. Über Aktionäre Geld einkassieren und diese dann zum Schleuderpreis rausdrängen. Nimmst du das Angebot an?

Erstmal nur das VOW erstmal raus ist. Für uns Kleinanleger nichts. War selbst der Hoffnung, das jemand weiß, warum deswegen der Kurs so anspringt. So wirklich positiv ist das ja nicht
