Durch Corona verzögert sich natürlich alles noch wesentlich mehr. Wie bist du mit der Kanzlei in Kontakt getreten? Einfach angeschrieben und gesagt, dass du seit einem gewissen Datum Aktien der Firma hast? Kommen da irgendwelche Kosten auf dich zu? Eventuell schließe ich mich da auch noch an, wenn das einfach und kostenlos möglich ist.

FYI Dear Investors: I am writing to you about the news of a possible forced sale of all shares and certain unidentified assets to Ring International Holdings for, up to, CAD$12.4 million. Unfortunately, there is still very little known about the proposed transaction or Ring. I have experienced and litigated through similar situations, e.g., Allied Nevada Gold and North American Palladium, and was successful in preserving the claims for the equity shareholders to have their claims secured against the D&O Insurance Policies. Last month, it was reported that The Monitor received 7 "non-binding letters of intent" varying in transaction structure, offer price, and conditions. The following paragraph reads that the Monitor hopes to identify the successful bidder on or before April 17, 2020. With respect to Cryptologic Corp ("CRY"), it has been a very long time since it released financial statements so it is unclear how anyone without inside information knows anything. We do know, however, that CRY opposed the Key Employee Retention Plan. We also know that CRY lent a total of $6.25 million to Wayland. CRY, at paragraph 14 of the Fitzgerald Affidavit (January 10, 2020), represents that Wayland made "significant misrepresentations" to it in order to induce the financing. On January 13, 2020, the Court, nevertheless, largely approved Wayland's requests including the KERP up to $500,000, plus a stay of litigation until March 31, 2020. That stay of litigation has been extended to April 17, 2020. However, 2 Fridays ago, during a conference call with the Court (different judge), I was advised all contested motions are not being scheduled until June/July. Meaning that the court will not even schedule the hearing to be heard during fall or winter 2020/2021. As a result, without violating the Court Order, we do not envision how we can (a) motion the Court to lift the litigation stay against the Underwriters; (b) motion the Court to serve the claim on Benjamin Ward by publication; and (c) lift the litigation stay against Benjamin Ward. The D&O Insurance Policies have up to CAD$22.5 million. This D&O Insurance will likely not protect Benjamin Ward, whom we are still tracking down. We have corresponded with his lawyer and we are waiting to learn if he is going to represent Ward in the Class Action. After the CAD$22.5 million shareholders will need to go after the individual defendants' personal assets. There is also a potential claim from Cryptologix for CAD$6 million or so. It is simply too early to know if it will recover from the Ring Transaction or also advance a claim against the D&O Insurance. Beyond the D&O Insurance Policies there is a chance that there will be viable claims against Canaccord Genuity and GMP Securities (and perhaps additional investment banks) for underwriting and distributing the public offerings, i.e., liability attaching to the prospectuses dated August 10, 2018, and October 1, 2018. The claims against the Underwriters, however, will be limited to those investors that purchased in these offerings, only. If you purchased shares in one of the offerings (even before August 2018), it is important you speak with me sometime within the coming weeks. Bottom line, we are going to diligently monitor the situation and attend -- likely by call-in or video conference -- the proposed April 17, 2020 hearing. As soon as the Ring Transaction documents are available we will review and report back to you and other investors. Die 12 Mio CAD ist weniger als die Forderungen der Gläubiger gegenüber wayland...das sind ca 30 Mio CAD. Man muss sich damit abfinden....für die Investoren bleibt 0,00 über. Der einzige der gut bei weg kommt ist der liebe Ben Ward

pi mal👍macht das 0,10Cad pro Aktie die wayland im umlauf hat, also über 95% verlust habe ich tolle erfahrung mit dem big player
