@Berliner, da ich keine bestätigten Fakten habe, kann ich noch nichts posten. Aber es sieht aktuell mehr nach einem Merger aus der kommen soll als ein RS. Aber wie gesagt noch nicht bestätigt.

A key House committee has officially announced that a vote on a comprehensive marijuana legalization bill is scheduled for this week. The House Judiciary Committee said on Monday that the panel will mark up legislation introduced by Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), which would federally deschedule cannabis and address social equity, on Wednesday at 10:00 AM ET. The announcement confirms what sources familiar with the planned development told Marijuana Moment last week. Nadler’s Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act has been lauded by advocates for its emphasis on restorative justice for communities most impacted by the drug war. It calls for a five percent federal tax on marijuana sales, and that revenue would be used to fund programs such as job training, legal aid for those affected by prohibition and small business loans for individuals who are socially and economically disadvantaged. The bill also seeks to lift barriers to licensing and employment in the industry. Additionally, the legislation would expunge the records of those with prior cannabis convictions, provide for resentencing, block federal agencies from denying public benefits or security clearances as a result of marijuana use and protect immigrants from being denied citizenship over cannabis.

Breaking news. I did some researched and called the owner of Northern Lights supply. Derek, very nice guy. He said he thinks the meeting will be a merger that will be voted on. said weekend wants to expand but will need a partner to do so. Derek stated his company northern lights took a loan from weekend and that Weekend has the right to acquire 49 percent of Northern Lights supply to fully own 100 percent. Stay tuned. Mir ist folgende Info aus dem Bericht vom 30.08.19 noch mal ins Auge gefallen. Irgendwie hat ich das überlesen. Es ergaben sich Umstände, die darauf hindeuteten, dass der von High Desert Group Inc. erhaltene Schuldschein bei Fälligkeit am 13. Dezember 2019 nicht einbringlich sein würde. Daher verbuchte das Unternehmen eine Wertminderung in Höhe von 750.000 USD. Die Gesellschaft wird die Wertaufholung des Schuldscheins weiter verfolgen und eine Wertaufholung für den Fall, dass Gelder eingezogen werden, verbuchen.
