ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT AGREEMENT OF UP TO $5,000,000 YDreams Global Interactive Technologies Inc. has entered into an agreement for a drawdown equity facility of up to $5-million. The agreement provides for equity private placement offerings, to be conducted between the company and Alumina Partners (Ontario) Ltd., a subsidiary of Alumina Partners LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, in drawdown amounts of up to $500,000. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Alumina Partners committed to purchasing up to $5-million worth of units of the company, consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, at a discount of between 15 to 25 per cent of the market price of the shares, subject to such lesser discount as dictated by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange or as mutually agreed to by the parties, with each offering occurring at the option of the company, subject to mutual agreement with respect to the face value of each offering, throughout the 24-month term of the agreement. The exercise price of the warrants will be at a 25-per-cent premium over the market price of the shares. Closing of each offering is subject to a number of conditions, including receipt of any necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including by the exchange. The purpose of the offerings is to provide the company with financial flexibility and control over the financing of its working capital requirements and provide access to capital as deemed necessary by the board of directors of the company. Ich denke, bald platzt der Knoten. Mein aktueller EK 0,89 und werde bei Rücksetzern immer schön nachkaufen;), allerdings bei 0,20 verkaufen

Bei einer solchen Nachricht mit dem entsprechenden Umsatzvolumen, müsste der Kurs Montag eigentlich sehr deutlich steigen. Die Vergangenheit bei YDreams hat aber immer das Gegenteil gezeigt (gute News -> Kurs schmiert ab). Ich bin gespannt.
