Figures on then website of Deutsche Börse, year 2022. Encavis: KGV: 37,61 , KCF: 9,08 7c: KGV: 14,93 , KCF: 5,62. Is 7c undervalued or Encavis overvalued or something in between? With a 7c-share price of 3,78€ today this would imply a share price - measured by the KCF of Encavis - of 6€. A share price that is almost equivalent to the price targets of the analysts...

Next week, after the dividend of 0,12€ per share will be payed, it will be almost certainly the case. What a disappointment 7c is with a share price (then) at the same level as end 2020 and a third, consecutive year of negative returns...

Selling pressure from one/more big investor(s) keeps going on... Yesterday more than 50.000 shares around 3,85€. This morning the selling keeps going on, even at lower shares prices (2,83€, 2,82€) and a dividend payment coming. It seems more and more (small) investors don't believe in the strategy of the management anymore and are tired constantly being diluted by capital increases...

Waw... this morning on XETRA: first trade: 59.894 shares traded at...3,9€ per share. So, a big seller just wanted to get no less than 3,9€ per share and a big buyer was prepared to pay 3,9€ per share. Tells me that the share price is too low nowadays and those who sell at this moment @3,84€ or so did not make their homework profoundly.
