Since I have been investing in shares of quoted companies in 1995, I have seen it several times: after a long down- or upward trend, a turnaround is in the making when there are several up- and dwon swings in the share price during several days. At this moment, that seems the case with 7c: a downtrend of 8 months with an increasing volatility in the share price the last few days. Something tells me that those who are selling these days, may regret it in a few weeks/months...

Some "longer term" considerations.... 1. Analysts have set a mean price target of 4.79€. This target is 24.44% above the current price. HRPK.DE was analyzed by 12 analysts. The buy percentage consensus is at 83. So analysts seem to be very confident about HRPK.DE. It was analyzed by 12 analysts, which is quite many. So the average rating should be quite meaningful (source: chartsmills.com). 2. The biggest Dutch pension fund (PME, 62 billion €) stops investing in oil and gas and aims at solar and wind. 3. The same goes for the Norvegian Government pension fund (1.000 billion €!). 4. Green energy ETF's are turning upwards slowly (https://stockcharts.com/articles/chartwatchers/2021/09/new-trend-signal-for-a-former-160.html). 5. New figures from the specialised think tank EMBER show a fast growth of solar energy in Germany. 6. And last but not least: EVERYBODY knows that the summer was lousy and weighted on the performance of 7c. But that item is already substantially reflected in the share price of today.

And today it seems some "Reddit-investors" discovered 7c Solarparken to make it some kind of new "memestock" like they did with GameStock and AMC in the United States. It's not clear how many shorters are active in 7c but it could be a considerable number. As already mentioned earlier on this forum, it seems that the private/small investors are not the main concern of the 7c-management. Maybe because they recieve no feedback from those private/small investors. These private/small investors should be more active and ask more frequently information from the CEO (sdp@solarparken.com), CFO (kb@sol....), investor relations (ir@som....) about certain transactions, capital increases, dividend payments, the rather bad development of the share price during the last few months....

Such a "Wertpapierleihe" is a common practice. Someone or some institution that posesses a considerable amount of shares can recieve a little fee in exchange for the "Leihe" of his shares during a period confrimed by both parties. Especially investement funds use this to achieve a somewhat higher return on their shares. Important is to know what will happen with the shares once they are put aside for the party that pays the fee. Are they used for building short postitions? Are they used to create a bigger package in some negotiation? That's never very transparent...

@Millennial: see your fine analysis from 15.07.21 11:08 Uhr. What is your opinion now? When you look at the WEEKLY graph on https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/7C-SOLARPARKEN-AG-16783954/charts/ and look at some WEEKLY indicators like MACD, Stochactics, Williams %... Don't you see also an very "oversold" technical picture? Even more than it was the case begin 2020?

A litte roundup.... Newsletter Ecoreporter is positive but finds the share rather expensive. Which is NOT the case. The ETF TAN (Invesco Solar ETF) has an average P/E of... 32 for the basket of shares in it, a little bit less than the the P/E of 7c (https://ycharts.com/companies/TAN). This ETF had a performance of...234% in 2020 and is down 22% in 2021. 7c in 2020? Certainly not 234% but down this year almost 20%. The fact that instutitional investors were eager to put a lot of money in the capital increase of last week, indicates that 7c is clearly undervalued. Last night I dreamed that all the 1.475 people who follow 7c on this website, would buy 100, 200 or so 7c-shares. That would lift the share price clearly above 3.8-3,85€ and break the downtrend. And chaese away the shorters... :-) I'll buy a few hundred shares tomorrow.

At last, some good news! The CEO and CFO bought a considerable amount of 7c-shares last week at 3,72€ per share. See: http://solarparken.com/directorsdealing.php That's a strong indication they think the 7c-share is undervalued.
