Zwingend ist kein RS nötig für das NASDAQ listing Mann könnte 100 Aktien zu 1 zusammen wurschteln , dann wäre der Kurs 2€ Wurde bei Argo Blockchain damals auch gemacht

Ich meine mich zu erinnern das für NASDAQ auch keine Werte unter 1dollar gehandelt werden dürfen!?

Sind die ab sofort dort handelbar?

Also ich find die News toll. Es wird auch erwähnt,dass es nicht mehr Aktien im Umlauf geben wird

Nasdaq ist vorerst kein Thema.

Erstmal ist die QTCQB wichtig. Dadurch kann 88 auch bei einigen weiteren amerikanischen Brokern gehandelt werden. Bei vielen Brokern in den USA ist ein Listing an der QTCQB notwendig. Wie in der Meldung geschrieben auch für die Aquise neuer Investoren. Für das Nasdaq listing gibt es mehrere Voraussetzungen. Die stehen auch noch irgendwo online. Aber erstmal ist die QTCQB ein super Anfang.
