Man darf annehmen, dass die hoffentlich gute Performance der Studien nach Zulassung von den Präparaten eher übertroffen werden, weil dann nicht nur austherapierte Patienten in den Genuss der Therapien kämen.

„On track“ würde ich sagen.. AFM24 Erweiterung auf 40Pts ist eine gute Aussicht, wenn denn die stable disease rate bei 75% bleibt 😉

Ich denke, dass bei positiven Ergebnissen aus den Kombi-Studien durchaus neue ATHs erreicht werden können. Am Ende dieses Jahres sind wir hoffentlich schlauer

USD 60 / Aktie sehe ich eher nicht so kommen. Entweder 2-3 $ oder 180 $ - je nach Ausgang der Studie.
