Alibaba plant die Ausgabe von 5Mrd. Wandelanleihen für Wachstum und Aktienrückkäufe. Die Wandelanleihen sind in US Aktien wandelbar. Dies erfolgt einen Tag nachdem JD ebenfalls eine Wandelanleihe in Höhe von 1,75 Mrd. angekündigt hat. Auf Wallstreet online klingt das alles so positiv :D der Kurs sagt was anderes. Zumindest sind sich beide Artikel einig. Interesse an der Übernahme ist immer noch sehr groß und nicht unwahrscheinlich. Ich für meinen Teil werde eine Kauforder in der nähe meines EK einstellen und abwarten. Falls BHP noch weiter runter kommt ist meine Posi voll. Glaube aber nicht das da noch viel nach unten geht .... die Nachricht ist nach gestern eingepreist :)
