High hopes!   Further to your request for an update on Aladdin Healthcare Technologies share position of its shares, I would like to confirm some basic key facts which are both my own and some of which are in the public domain.   The decline of Aladdin’s stock is for the following reasons:   Two shareholders in some size, but not management sold a lot of shares aggressively into good news that we Produced over the last 18 months and as a consequence this pushed down the shares and gave a vote of no confidence to the market. This also alerted media which also made the situation worse.   There has not been any coverage of the company’s stock in Germany and Europe from an analyst.   The business is under capitalised and did not raise capital as it was instigated during the market collapse in early 2020.   The audit 2019 was late.   Lack of understanding and general undervaluing European science-based AI companies that are listed in Europe.     Remedies and answers to the above:   The selling has stopped for by the shareholders now and we are now in the process of rebuilding the share price. This will be accelerated by the listing of the company’s shares on one of the OTC markets in the US in the next month. This is significant as the US is the main risk capital market that understands the value of leading AI and science. Volume potential is 20 to 50X.   We have already announced we are making a move to the OTCQX publicly, but we cannot promise it will be QX as there are higher capital hurdles to overcome. However, we have filed a 211 form with FINRA in the US and expect to gain approval a date for listing in the next two weeks. Regulators take some time some patience is required. We have appointed a very good market maker and have a very strong programme moving forward, so I expect there to be a very strong appetite for the shares.   We have appointed a Berlin based broker to put out research in Q1 2021. However, we may upgrade this to another specialist for our space.   We are seeking to raise capital in the US in Q1 on anticipation of an elevated share price. We have the placement agent in place to do this.   We have redone 2018 and 2019 audits through Grant Thornton which has put our accounts in a good state. Once we raise capital, we can then have a report with an un-qualified opinion which puts us in a great position vs historically. Therefore, I anticipate 2020 will be filed on time.   We are remedying this by listing in the US where we have a stronger network of brokers and advisers.   Scope for the share price:   Clearly at these levels, we are not satisfied and really need to move the share price above EUR 5 over the next 6 months. This is not a statement, but where I personally believe the company should be at a minimum. We are also moving into some exciting new healthcare sectors which we believe will form a good focus for the company and drive further intrinsic value.   I hope this helps.       Wade M Smith CEO and Founder, Aladdin Healthcare Technologies Ltd

Na ja, langsam tut sich hier was. Sollte die Woche noch eine positive Nachricht kommen, dann werden wir vielleicht alle unseren EK sehen. Ich habe mich dennoch entschlossen die Hälfte mit Verlust zu veräußern und die in OEG investiert (es gibt aktuell viele andere Interessente Aktien, die höchstwahrscheinlich 100% oder mehr in den nächsten Wochen machen (weiter) machen werden.

Hallo, bin auch gut investiert bei Aladdin und hoffe, dass der Kurs zumindest auf 2 wieder steigt

@steiner da hast du recht. Ist meine größte Verlustposition in % und in €. Habe deshalb in der watchlist auf Sortierung "Performance" umgestellt, alphabetisch war einfach zu deprimierend

😂 dito. Worst case alles futsch, good case Einsatz kommt raus, best case : Gewinn in ein bis zwei Jahren. Nur mal so aus Interesse: hqt hier jemand ähnlich hohen ek wie ich mit 1,55 oder bin ich der einzige vollhorst der keinen sl gesetzt hatte ? 🥸

Na es bewegt sich ja was 👍🏻. Hätte ich hier 2-3.. Mal getradet hätte ich mein Einsatz raus gehabt. War mir dann aber doch zu viel Risiko 😒

Sobald die Absichtserklärung in einen Vertrag umgewandelt wird, muss frisches Kapital her. Vielleicht zeichnet sogar ein Partner ? Abwarten.
