BABA filed a Form 6-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with the completion of the Company's private offering of US$5 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.5% convertible senior notes due 2031, which amount include the exercise in full by the initial purchasers of their option to purchase an additional US$500 million aggregate principal amount of the notes, according to BABA's announcement.
