Annual meeting update: there is no live phone line to hear the meeting, there is no online way to hear the meeting for stockholders. There will not be an update of orders, production, India. Only topics covered: voting for directors, pay plan, incentives & ratification of accounting firm.
By the way phase 1 was completed. It only consisted of adding shifts to existing lines of eqpt. @ the plant. Timing related to hiring & training. There were no eqpt. invest. in Q1 10K.

Möglich, dass gleich erst mal die Gewinne mitgenommen werden, paar Insider haben denk ich vorher gekauft. Jetzt braucht es ne offizielle Mitteilung über die HV. Scheint ja ne abgeschottete Veranstaltung zu sein
