Wir sind "nur" um 7,5% gestiegen. Da juckts mir doch in den Fingern. Denke ich werde heute nachlegen.

Momentan sind es nur Gerüchte und niemand weiß was passiert. Wenn es sich bewahrheitet, geht's die nächsten Tage und Wochen noch massiv weiter nach oben. Außerdem stehen wir kurz vor Produktionsstart und ajm wird morgen voraussichtlich in den asx300 aufgenommen. Rosige Zeiten!

Es bleibt spannend... Bei Pilbara werden sie es demnächst auch versuchen,wenn die Produktion kurz bevor steht... Ich geh pennen..... bye

I suppose we need to get this straight.  The decision is essentially out of our hands. The top 20 shareholders own over 60% of the company. Many of those shareholders have solid relationships with each other so the likelihood is they will look at this as a bloc. If they sell, then we will all probably need to go along with it. I doubt the buyers will be looking at just a 51% stake. It will be more like full ownership. Whoever is looking to shell out the enormous dollars for this will not be looking at making money for others. It will be about making as much money for themselves as possible.  The board knows what this company is worth and they will not recommend selling unless they see the price (if it ever comes) as good value. We are a long way from an offer though. All we have is talk at the moment. Important talk but just talk.  If we are frank about this, if the bloc of top shareholders are not interested, there will be little likelihood of the purchaser getting what they want. A hostile takeover would make no sense at all. It is likely only if the board indicates they will support it. In the interim, what this means for us is that there is a big player who wants our company. I doubt there is only one. The buyer will see value. I have long said we are undervalued and now see the Beer target of $0.63 as the starting point and fair value. A takeover would need to offer a premium to fair value and a premium of around 25% would be a reasonable starting point. That means around $0.79. I still see that as a bargain but would anticipate the board would not recommend anything less than that sort of number.  There is a lot of speculation but, for now, this is increased profile and the ASX300 inclusion coupled with commissioning should push our share price towards fair value.  It is good news for now.  There is lot more to be done and it will be a very interesting space to watch.
