Dieses iphone China Ban Gerücht vom WSJ Klatschblatt könnte sich als komplette Fake News herausstellen, da Reuters bereits von Quellen in China spricht, die absolut nichts davon gehört haben. Ebenso ist die angebliche Hauptquelle anonym und unbekammt. Und zu alldem kommt hinzu, daß für den privaten Gebrauch keinerlei Restriktionen gelten, daß heißt es müßte quasi maximal ein Chinaknochen für die Arbeit dazugekauft werden zum Bestandsiphone. Hier will das WSJ mal wieder nichts als Big News verkaufen, ähnlich dem Bleikabelkäse bei Verizon und AT&T.
