Vom Wortlaut her genau das was ich erwartet habe. Mich erinnert das auch stark an den platow Brief 2023. Da wurde auch spekuliert Bayer will aufspalten. Passiert ist nichts. Ich glaube tatsächlich Bayer ist hilflos und kann nur das tun was Anderson aktuell macht: entlassen und sich von teurem unfähigen Ballast trennen
